How to place an order

 
Setting up an Rippa Direct account
 
 

To place an order with RippaDirect.com.au you don't need a RippaDirect account but we do require some details to process the order- this only takes a couple of minutes to set up. You can do this before you begin by becoming a member or when you reach the checkout area just fill in the require information to proceed with your order- it's up to you.

The information we ask for are the basic personal details we need to complete and track your orders - your name, your address, your phone number and the delivery address.

How to add to shopping trolley
 
 

Items to be purchased must be added to Your Shopping Trolley . To do this, simply click on the "ADD TO TROLLEY" button that appears next to the product. A message will let you know that the product has been added to the Your Shopping Trolley. You can see on thre right column the "SHOPPING TROLLEY" indication of number of product(s) in the your shopping troelly.

 
     
 
How to use your shopping trolley
 

In Your Shopping Trolley section, before proceeding to the checkout, make sure the following details on this page are correct:

  • Product selection
  • Quantities
  • Price
Adding & removing items from Your Trolley
Feel free to add anything that takes your fancy, because you can always narrow down your selection later using the "X" button next to the product description.

Changing quantities
If you would like to change the quantity of an item in your shopping trolley, simply place the new amount in the quantity input box and then click the "UPDATE " button. Your Shopping Trolley will automatically refresh and your order total will be adjusted accordingly.

If you would like to start again by emptying Your Shopping Trolley, simply click on the "CLEAR" button.

When you have confirmed your final selection, click on "CHECKOUT" or if you like to continue shopping, click on "CONTINUE SHOPPING".

New customers:
If you haven't set up a rippadirect.com.au account you will be asked to do so now. After you have done fill in the require information for your account, from here it's a few simple steps to complete your purchase.

Existing customers:

SHIPPING METHODS
Here it will show your the delivery methods to your shipping address.

STEP 1: CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Please make sure these details are correct before proceeding.
  • Contact Information
  • Billing Address
  • Shipping Address - If you would like to ship this parcel(s) to a different address, untick the " Shipping address the same as billing" than fill in this area.

Once everything is correct, click "CONTINUE".

STEP 2: ORDER DETAILS
This page shows you the summary of your orders. Please make sure these details are correct before proceeding.
  • If you would like to change the quantity of an item in your shopping trolley, simply place the new amount in the quantity input box and then click the "UPDATE " button. Your Shopping Trolley will automatically refresh and your order total will be adjusted accordingly.
  • You can narrow down your selection using the "X Delete " button next to the product description.
  • Shipping Methods - Show you the methods of shipping your parcel(s)
  • Select Payments Methods - we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex -

STEP 3. CONFIRM ORDER DETAILS
This is the last step and a final chance for you to make sure that all the details are correct.

  • Contact Information
    • If you would like to change the billing or shipping details, than clcik the 'BACK' button of yur browers.
  • Payment Methods
    If you would like to change, click on the "[Change]" link
  • Shipping Methods
If you would like to change, click on the "[Change]" link
  • Payment Details
    • Enter your Credit Card details here
  • Notes
    • If you have any notes regarding the order please put them here

STEP 4. PLACE ORDER
Once you have check everythign is correct, click on "PLACE ORDER" button to finalise your order.

STEP 6. You will be return to the "ORDER SUMMARY" page. With a NOTIFICATION NOTICE of status of your order.

HELPFUL HINT: A CONFIRMATION SCREEN WILL THEN APPEAR WITH YOUR RIPPADIRECT ORDER NUMBER. A TAX INVOICE will also be sent to your email address, and you can always check Your Orders for a full order history. If you do not receive this:

  1. We have not received your order. Please check the status in Your Account and contact us if you need some help placing your order.
  2. Your spam filter may be blocking our emails – please check your spam folder and settings on your computer. To see if the order went through successfully, please check the status in Your Account.

Can I cancel my order?
 

If you need to cancel an order that you've just placed, please contact us immediately using this form - click here . We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however items that have already begun dispatch cannot be cancelled. Such parcels are non-returnable, so it's important to carefully check your orders before confirming the sale.

PLEASE NOTE: Even though you may not have received a dispatch email yet, the dispatch process may already be well underway. The timeframe can be as short as 15 minutes, but where possible we will honestly do our best to intercept your parcel.
