Australia Post ELADS service www.eparcel.com.au allows you to track your parcel during the delivery process using the consignment number provided in your dispatch email.
It may take up to 48hrs for some consignment information to appear. For estimated delivery times please see below:
Rippadirect delivers internationally using the Australia Post Air Mail service to the following countries: New Zealand, UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Japan, South Africa, France, Germany, Spain and Italy.
Average delivery times from Australia are as follows:
Canada: 5-7 business days
France: 5-7 business days
Germany: 5-7 business days
Ireland: 4-6 business days
Italy: 6-8 business days
New Zealand: 3-5 business days
Japan: 3-5 business days
South Africa: 5-7 business days
Spain: 6-8 business days
USA: 4-6 business days
UK: 4-6 business days

Delivery Status & what it means |

Not found - the parcel has left our warehouse and is on the way to Australia Post. If this is the status more than 3 business days after receiving your dispatch email, please contact us .
Unknown/Access Denied - you may have entered the wrong consignment number. If not, contact us .
Manifest received - the parcel has been scanned at our delivery centre and is on the way to your local post office
Awaiting collection - delivery to your address has been unsuccessful and the parcel is awaiting collection at your local post office. Australia Post would have left a card notifying you of this. Make sure you take the consignment number and photo ID when you go to collect it.
Ready for delivery - delivery will be attempted within the next business day. If unsuccessful, Australia Post will leave a card in your letterbox and it will be carted to your nearest post office.
Delivered - the goods have been delivered to the nominated address or collected from the post office with ID.
Undeliverable - Australia Post are unable to deliver the parcel with the address details provided. Please contact us if this is the case. |

Australia Post will place a card in your letterbox advising collection from your local post office. Please have your photo ID & ELADS consignment number ready (from your dispatch email) when you go to Australia post to collect your parcel.

Australia Post may return parcels to us due to the following reasons:
- Insufficient Address
- Left Address/Unknown
- Refused
- Unclaimed
When this occurs we will contact you by email or phone. Resending these parcels will incur additional postage costs, based on standard Australia Post freight fees.
RippaDirect does not take responsibility for parcels that are incorrectly or insufficiently addressed, however we will do all we can to recover the parcel on your behalf. Please remember to include the company name if the goods are being delivered to a business address.
We will hold returned parcels for up to 2 weeks and will attempt contact at least twice. If we are still unable to make contact with you, the order will be cancelled and a credit placed on your RippaDirect account for the amount of the goods only. This credit can be used towards another order later.
Lost Parcel
RippaDirect uses the ELADS Parcel Tracing system to track your orders during the delivery process, but we accept that sometimes a parcel may go missing. If this happens, we will launch an investigation with Australia Post – this can take up to 7 business days to be finalized. We cannot resend goods or give any refunds or credit until this investigation is resolved. |
