  • Does a tax invoice arrive with the goods?
    Yes, a tax invoice will be included in your parcel when arrive.
 
 
 
 
  • Can I add additional items to my order?
    If you would like to change the quantity of an item in your shopping trolley, simply place the new amount in the quantity input box and then click the "UPDATE " button. Your Shopping Trolley will automatically refresh and your order total will be adjusted accordingly.
 
 
 
 
  • Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

  • Can I cancel my order?
    If you need to cancel an order that you've just placed, please contact us immediately using this form - click here . We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however items that have already begun dispatch cannot be cancelled. Such parcels are non-returnable, so it's important to carefully check your orders before confirming the sale.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Even though you may not have received a dispatch email yet, the dispatch process may already be well underway. The timeframe can be as short as 15 minutes, but where possible we will honestly do our best to intercept your parcel.

  • Sizing Guide
    When ordering, remember that age is not always an accurate guide to sizes. The height of your child generally gives a better indication of which size to buy (especially for toddlers). RippaDirect's ranges of clothing has been created with easy-fitting fashion clothes which allow room for growth, although some of the latest girls' styles are more fitted so it's best to check all body measurements against our size chart. All measurements are in centimeters.

  • What happens if an item I purchased ends up being unavailable?
    It is possible that an item you purchase on this site is not in stock. We are truly sorry if any items you wish to purchase are not in stock. One of our Customer Care operators will contact you immediately. Any sold out items will have SOLD OUT beside them on your invoice.
